• Rush orders are accepted based on current availability and must be approved before purchase. Please contact KayJCreations3D to confirm availability and receive approval. Orders marks "rush" without prior approval may be processed according to out standard production time.

Rush order moves your order ahead in our production queue-it does NOT include expedited shipping unless purchased separately.

Custom and 3-D printed products require Production time and can not always be Rushed due to print times that may range from several hours to over 24 to 36 hours.

Rush orders Can NOT be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Returns & Cancellations ************

Personalized Gifts:Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. But will replace if item is Damaged upon arrives (must report within (30) Days via Contact us .Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

All other Listed Products: We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations how ever if your product arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 30 days you are eligible to have the item replaced.

User Error is not eligible for replacement.

How to file a claim

• Submit a support ticket via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival (and within 30 days of purchase for material issues).
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  

Timing

• Approved replacements are processed within 5-10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). 
• Approved Store Credits or Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
• Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
